I recently had a dental emergency and the people I dealt with could not have been more compassionate while at the same time quickly fitting me into their busy schedule. I am a terribly nervous patient, which makes me a patient who puts things off too long, but they have always been very understanding and never make me feel bad about getting myself into situations that could have been avoided with more diligence on my part.
